Which one is better power tools or hand tools and why?

This is very dependent on the situation in which you are going to be using the tools. When doing fine finishing work such as filing down a rough edge it is better to use hand tools. However, when you are attempting to fabricate a part for a project, using a milling machine is a better choice because it is more accurate.
