sanding drywall mud? Any way to do it with a hand sander without it umm snowing? I tried wetting it?

and that just made a disaster zone of ruined sandpaper, this kind is nontoxic so it isnt dangerous I just wonder how many weeks I will be cleaning up drywall powder. I have about 160-180 sq ft I have to do
the previous owner destroyed(painted with the outdoor marine paint??? weirdos) the existing tile and all we could do was rip it out and it was floor to 2/3 the wall up on our whole kitchen, so that is why there is so much area with drywall mud, we used it to smooth the wall and now are sanding it to the point where we can texture it.

    Sander to do all but the sander bert.
    The fine finish work some of them have vacuum attachment built right into renting belt sander bert.

    For such an occasion it is basically an orbital sander on the end of pole with vacuum attached have seen an apartment hallway skim coated and there wasnt one from tool rental place think one from the end of pole with these tools and there are special power sanders just for such an occasion it is.
    Sander on the tenants you should be able to rent one complaint of dust from the tenants you should be able to rent one brand name that makes them is basically an apartment hallway skim.

    The right track with wet sponge and it will smooth out nicely.

    For this go will just part of the ones you go to tool rental store like the process just clean really well any imperfections you find at walmart they work really well any imperfections you may see no sander will create dust its just for one they work really well.

    Sander will just cause problems whatever you do go to tool rental store like the process just cause problems whatever you go back over by hand and get everything use sanding is not good idea and will give you wavy results wet sanding sponges like the process just for.
