I need to buy a quality detail sander?

I am sanding the paint off wainscoting. I need a small detail sander to sand the beading on the wainscoting. I will also use this sander to sand the individual window pane frames. I need it high quality, removing a lot of material and light weight since I am a female. I bought a ryobi detail sander but it hardly oscillates. any recommendations?

    For use in your local lowes or dixieline hardware store and check them and only bought new.
