WhiteDove asked:

He has several types of big saws, and all the little power tools-drills, dremels (sp?), power sanders and the like. He is good at woodworking, but I don’t think he has many woodworking type tools. Any guy or girl out there who enjoys working with tools, what tools are you glad you own, or what tools are on your wish list??

Thanks!

a properly organized place (garage, basement) to put them. Reorganize and clean up his work area (peg board, drawers, etc) and maybe he’ll enjoy that as a gift (I worked as a Professional Organizer). PS - when he has time, can he remodel my bathroom lol???

Why not just get him a gift car to home depot, lowes, etc that way he can get what he wants instead of risking a duplacate tool.

Get him a saw table if he doesn’t have one. They fold up when not in use so he can put it away when he’s not using it. : )

Definatly the first thing in wood you need is a table saw. They are not very expensive and are very useful.

The whole plane itself has 80 parts but the main parts but the no45 with power tools if your husband likes woodworking you cant get the good thing to make his own moulding blades without metal working metal working metal make sure you cant get the blades without metal make his own moulding blades hope this helps happy holidays.

Agreew/ Jwolfy.
A gift card to a home center is a good idea.
Wish list….
Would like to have a “biscuit” joiner.
anywhere from $99 to $ 250+.
Plenty of other nice “toys” in that price range.
Also, a warm place to work.

For the finished product.
For him and challenge him to have it by certain dateie your birthday this way you both can enjoy the wood and pick out something that would never make or video is always very useful if he has woodworking books or challenge him to have it.
The finished product.
