Can I use nitromoors instead of a sander to clean my wooden floor?

I’d like to clean up the wooden floorboards in my bedroom - about 11 sq meters - and want to avoid using a sander if possible. Will nitromoors remove the dirt sufficiently for me to then oil or varnish the boards?

    The fume hazard in small space would be extremely high whilst applying it but the fume hazard in small space would clean it but the fume hazard in small space.
